Evening Runs in Kr\u010dsk\u00fd Forest<\/strong> Each session includes endurance training, agility exercises, and running technique guidance. Meet fellow running enthusiasts and become part of a group that will motivate you in the beautiful surroundings of Kr\u010dsk\u00fd Forest\u2014whether you\u2019re a beginner or an experienced runner.<\/p>\n

When:<\/strong> Every Wednesday from May 7, 6:30 PM\u20137:30 PM<\/p>\n

Meet-up:<\/strong> 6:20 PM at the Roztyly metro station<\/p>\n

Workout Classes<\/strong> Open to beginners and advanced participants of all ages looking to improve their fitness. These sessions focus on building physical strength and full-body functional movement, including core engagement.<\/p>\n

When:<\/strong> Every Monday from May 5, 6:30 PM\u20137:30 PM<\/p>\n

Where:<\/strong> Park Nov\u00e9 Roztyly, workout playground<\/p>\n

Outdoor Yoga<\/strong> For beginners and experienced yogis alike. Bring your own yoga mat, water, and positive energy<\/p>\n

The group is divided into slower and faster runners according to pace, so everyone can find their place.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Yoga for everyone at Brumlovka <\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

When: every Thursday, from 7:00 AM to 8:00 AM <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
