The compactly-conceived building offers the flat owners modern housing in a&nbsp;locality with full civic amenities and wonderful transportation accessibility, as well as an abundance of peace and privacy thanks to the parks and surrounding greenery. The architectural design by the atelier A69 \u2013 architekti evokes the shape of an olive, according to which the building got its name.
