April 2025: Jiří Maláček
Jiří Maláček holds a Master’s degree in Business and Marketing from Charles University. He has nearly two decades of experience in managerial and senior managerial positions in the automotive industry. After a successful career with Toyota, he joined the Škoda Auto team, where he became the head of sales and marketing for the Czech Republic in September 2020. From this position, he has immediate insight into the latest trends such as electromobility, connectivity, service digitalization, and the emerging competition from Chinese car manufacturers.
