This Month’s Guest: Jan Rožek
CEO of Electrolux Czech Republic, visionary, and athlete through and through. He brought the Electrolux brand to Brumlovka and has led the company for the past three years. Previously, he built a successful cosmetics distribution branch from scratch, reaching a billion-crown turnover. He believes in continuous personal growth, healthy curiosity, and a balanced life between family, work, and sport. His heart beats for triathlon—from childhood swimming, a return to sport thanks to his father-in-law, to representing at the Ironman World Championship in Hawaii. He’s a Czech champion in long-distance triathlon and holds a time of 8 hours and 39 minutes on the Ironman course. But what brings him the greatest joy is inspiring others to change their lifestyle through sport. His main goal isn’t just achieving results—it’s being a role model for his children and showing a meaningful path in both personal and professional life.
