In the first part of the workshop, we will focus on how to properly eat before, during, and after running – whether you run for pleasure, performance, or perhaps weight loss. We will show you the most common mistakes made by both hobby and advanced runners, and advise you on how to ideally prepare your body for running so that it gives you more than it takes. Proper gear is also part of running motivation, so after the first part of the workshop, we will run together on a route of 6–8 km at a comfortable pace – no one will be left behind. Additionally, there will be an opportunity to test the latest models of Puma Velocity 4 running shoes. The event is intended for both beginner and experienced runners, as well as those who want to try running for the first time.
