We are very pleased that the green roof garden of the Roztyly Plaza office building is one of the projects entered in the Green Roof of the Year 2026 competition. The aim of the competition is to continuously showcase high-quality green roof implementations, highlight their benefits, and demonstrate that vegetated roofs are a fully integral part of contemporary architecture and sustainable construction.
Roztyly Plaza is an exceptional project built on a previously neglected site right next to the Roztyly metro station (Line C) in Prague. It brings civic amenities, safety, a state-of-the-art working environment, P+R parking, and a well-maintained, cultivated surrounding area with natural elements, water features, and greenery.
The organizer of the competition is the Association of Green Roofs and Facades at the Union for the Establishment and Maintenance of Greenery. Public vote June 15–August 31 2026.
