April 2026: Zuzana Thiele
Zuzana Thiele is the HR director and managing director of ATALIAN CZ, a leader in facility management on the Czech market. She has dedicated her professional life to HR and coaching people, gaining deep experience in talent development, leadership, and corporate culture. She has extensive knowledge of labor law and is also involved in the Compliance area. Besides managing HR at ATALIAN, she also works as a mentor and coach and is actively engaged in the Equilibrium programs, which support women in business, and in SUHR, where she contributes to top-level education for HR professionals. Zuzana has long been involved in issues of social responsibility in HR, especially in the employment of people with disabilities (PWD), which she sees as a natural part of ethical and modern business and as a way to support inclusion and diversity in the workplace.
