November 2026 – Šimon Lessenko
An architect by education (Faculty of Architecture, Czech Technical University in Prague), Šimon soon moved into the field of building management. He gained experience working for companies in the construction and property development sectors, which naturally led him to the BTR segment at Passerinvest Group.
His broad knowledge and experience in design, facility management, property management and the management of premium properties make him ideally equipped to contribute to the development of the BTR segment. This field brings together architectural and interior design, construction management, technology, legislation, services and many other areas that need to work together as one functional and harmonious whole.
We look forward to seeing you,
Marketing Team, Passerinvest Group, a.s.
