October: Miloslav Bouda
Miloslav Bouda, a certified civil engineer in the field of Building Construction, is a member of the board of directors of the construction company Gemo a.s. and also serves as the executive director of the division for Prague and Bohemia. With over twenty years of experience at the company, he has gained extensive expertise in managing demanding and architecturally distinctive projects—whether as a project manager or in a director role. Under his leadership, for example, the Delta office building was constructed in Prague’s Brumlovka, which today stands as one of the landmarks of this modern district. Despite working in a high-pressure and high-responsibility environment, he manages to maintain a balance between work and personal life. He lives with his wife in Olomouc, where they are raising two young daughters. In his free time, he prefers to stay active—he’s an enthusiastic athlete, especially enjoying cycling and running.
