Ondřej Dědina is one of those people who do not choose the easiest path, but rather the one that makes the most sense. Professionally, he grew within the SAP ecosystem, gaining extensive experience in complex solutions, project management, and working with people. It was there that his personal approach began to take shape: never give up, seek new ways forward, and continually push the boundaries of what is possible.

This philosophy extends far beyond business. When he decided to take on the challenge of competing in an Ironman triathlon, it was not simply a sporting goal. It became a lesson in discipline, humility, and perseverance, as well as proof that many limitations exist only in our minds. What initially seems impossible can gradually become reality through determination and consistent effort. Ondřej is also deeply interested in the topic of longevity. He believes that performance is not a sprint but a marathon, and he is passionate about finding ways to remain physically and mentally fit not only today, but for decades to come. The energy he invests in this area naturally influences both his work and his approach to leadership. And perhaps unexpectedly, he enjoys building LEGO®. Not only as a way to relax, but also as a reminder that great achievements are built one small step at a time, through patience and the ability to see the bigger picture. Ondřej believes that once you know your “why,” you will always find the “how.” And that boundaries are not meant to stop us, but to be pushed beyond.
