At the tasting, Ondřej will guide you through the history of coffee, look into the world of sensory technology together and explain its role in coffee. You will learn to perceive taste tones and describe the characteristic properties of individual types of coffee.
You can look forward to tasting, for example, coffees from the regions of Indonesia, Colombia, Kenya or Ethiopia. A total of 7 – 10 samples will be available.
