We invite you to a special seminar titled LONGEVITY – Current Scientific Insights and Practical Tips. And what’s important: by attending, you will also support long‑time yoga instructor Vladimír Mikuláš, who has been diagnosed with ALS.

Is it human nature to view the biological process of aging as something natural and irreversible? Current scientific findings and evidence from the animal kingdom show that this process is not as fixed as we once believed. Certain interventions can influence it — and even slow it down. During this lecture, we will explore various aspects such as nutrition, sleep, mental well‑being, and physical activity, and we will demonstrate their real impact not only on longevity but also on extending the number of years we spend in good health (the so‑called healthspan). Aging itself is the greatest risk factor for most chronic diseases and a major source of suffering and pain worldwide. It is therefore in society’s best interest to understand this process more deeply.

Speaker: Miloslav Šindelář is a Czech nutritional therapist and co‑author of the books Modern Nutrition and Modern Weight Loss. He has long been dedicated to popularizing evidence‑based information on health, nutrition, and longevity. In his lectures, he clearly explains how diet, movement, sleep, and recovery influence energy, performance, and overall quality of life.
