Exactly according to how a person feels in their body, their approach to life and thus to work depends. When the corporate culture of Bata began to transform this idea of Tomas Bata into itself, it was absolutely not tied to the appearance of a person.Tomas Bata said that the whole management of a company begins with being able to manage your body, take care of it and give it what it needs. According to Tomas Bata, the mind and soul reside in the body, but in order to fulfil their role, they must reside in the body that is cared for. Baťa realized that people are not taught to take care of their bodies consciously, and it was with this epiphany that the corporate culture and educational activities of the entire company began to change.
