The construction of the fifteen-storey Hila building is continuing at a rapid pace. Modern offices, retail space and rental housing will all be combined in one building. Construction has now been completed on the office section and units for shops and services, including the complete glass cladding of the ground floor. A glass atrium has been created above the eighth floor, and the steel structure of the panoramic lifts is currently being completed, which, together with the atrium, emphasise the modern character of the whole building. Work is now continuing on the construction of the highest floors where a total of 71 fully equipped rental apartments will be created. The Hila project, spearheaded by the Czech investment company and builder Passerinvest Group, will be completed this year and, alongside the apartments, will bring 20,200 sqm of office space and 2,300 sqm of retail space to the market for rent next year.

“Hila is becoming one of the most distinctive buildings in the whole area, not only because of its height, multifunctional character and modern visual design. It is also thanks to significant changes in building technology, which stand out not only for their uncompromising approach to ensuring maximum user comfort in the offices, but also for their significantly more economical operation compared to previous generations of buildings – simply put, lower service charges. The entire building, with its predominantly glass frontage, is now revealing its elegance on the south façade, which literally shines. It is safe to say that we are bringing the most modern multifunctional building to the Prague market, which, thanks to its central location, also benefits from excellent accessibility by public transport and car, as well as direct access to all services in the area, from a 25-metre swimming pool, 16 restaurants and 7 cafés to an Albert supermarket and Teta drugstore. Hila will be the beating heart of the lively urban organism of the entire Brumlovka area,” says Eduard Forejt, Passerinvest Group’s Director of Development and Sales.

The building will be unique not only in its external appearance, but also in its interior layout. The interiors will boast modern technologies, including an air ionisation system, superior fresh air supply, and radiant heating and cooling, which ensure a healthy and comfortable environment. The project also includes 418 parking spaces, including charging stations for electric vehicles and terraces to relax on. Employees and residents will be able to enjoy all the benefits of the Brumlovka location, which offers a wide range of amenities, plenty of greenery in its parks and relaxation areas, as well as the cutting-edge Balance Club Brumlovka fitness and wellness club. Thanks to its high economic efficiency and energy-efficient operation, Hila will try to obtain LEED Gold certification for sustainable and environmentally friendly buildings.
