Budova B Building

The building Budova B is an office building located in the central part of the multifunctional Brumlovka locality, on the main Vyskočilova Street. Budova B offers 14 600 m² of office space on 8 storeys, 1 240 m² of retail space on the ground floor and 239 parking spaces. With the overall modernisation, the building Buodva B will be getting a new ceramic façade in earthy tones that will also fulfil contemporary demands on thermal transmittance. The reconstruction will also include a large walk-through reception, in front of which a public open atrium will be built with a garden, seating and water features. A rooftop terrace offers the building’s tenants a relaxing space with an abundance of greenery. The reconstruction includes the modernisation of all the technologies providing a quality internal environment. The main entrance will be relocated from Vyskočilova Street to the western side of the building, where a small square, or piazzetta, will be created with fully-grown trees, seating and a water feature. Following the renovation of the envelope and technologies, the building will fulfil the standards of energy label category B, which guarantees economic and efficient operations.

In Budova B building, we now offer fully equipped offices for short- and long-term rent.

The traffic accessibility is excellent: a bus stop right by the building, one stop to the Budějovická metro station (the C line) with a shuttle bus and 3 mass transit routes, a direct connection to the main artery, Prague ring road and D1 motorway. All the civic amenities can be found in the Brumlovka locality: restaurants, cafes, public cafeterias, a post office, a pharmacy, the Balance Club Brumlovka fitness and wellness centre, a supermarket, drug store, dry cleaners, flower shop, healthcare facilities and more. For rest and relaxation, for example during a lunch break, there are two public parks in Brumlovka locality – Baar Park and Brumlovka Park and now also Brumlovka Square with water features and seating.

Note: The reception of the building is open 24 hours a day, but the building is impassable for the public from 22:00 to 06:00 and on weekends.
