Workshop “Winter sound relaxation” – January, 12

Winter is the ideal time for quiet reflection, regeneration, and reconnecting with yourself. We invite you to a gentle evening of relaxation through sound healing – a sound bath using Tibetan and crystal singing bowls and other harmonious instruments. The vibrations of the sound help release tension, calm the mind, and naturally regenerate the body after a demanding day.

Allow yourself a moment of rest, a chance to slow down, and a feeling of inner lightness in a safe and peaceful environment.

ADMISSION: 390 CZK (in cash, on site)

What to bring: Comfortable clothing, a mat, a blanket, and an eye mask (optional).
