Budova D Building

The Budova D office building located on the corner of Jemnická and Želetavská streets, is one of the more intimate developments in Brumlovka, although this does nothing to detract from its appeal. The building has undergone extensive renovation, resulting in a fully new reception and entrance lobby. All the sanitary facilities have been modernised and part of the exterior was clad in expanded metal sheet. All tenants have access to a terrace with ample greenery and a number of places to relax; there is another private terrace as part of the office space on the 6th floor. The surrounding area has also been significantly transformed. An inviting outdoor relaxation zone has been created right beside the building, with seating and loungers, part of which is sheltered from the sun and rain. A major advantage of the building is its placement right next to Baarův park, with its large fountain and pétanque court, the perfect place to relax during a lunch break.
