Orion Building (NEW)

The exceptional multifunctional Orion project, combining offices, retail spaces and rental apartments, is taking shape at Brumlovka, at the corner of Vyskočilova and Michelská streets. With a total floor area of 28,000 m², Orion will offer 18,000 m² of modern office space, almost 2,150 m² of retail space, 134 fully equipped rental apartments ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments, all with balconies, and 491 underground parking spaces, including infrastructure for electric vehicle charging stations. Modern technologies will make a significant contribution to the overall comfort of the interiors as well as to the building’s energy-efficient and sustainable operation. These include mutually integrated heat pumps, geothermal boreholes, photovoltaic panels and radiant ceilings, complemented by an above-standard air exchange system with central ionisation. A key feature of the project is its green rooftop terraces, along with a landscaped public square featuring a water fountain, greenery and relaxation areas. The extensive landscaping will also enable further use of collected rainwater. In terms of public space, the development will significantly improve the permeability of the area, with a unique pedestrian feature known as the Lombard Stairs, strikingly reminiscent of the famous Lombard Street in San Francisco. The building will achieve LEED PLATINUM certification and an EPC rating of A. The first tenants will be able to move in during the first quarter of 2029.
