Orion

Orion, an exceptional multifunctional project with a combination of offices, shops and apartments for rent, will be built in Brumlovka at the corner of Vyskočilova and Michelská streets. With a total area of 28,000 sqm, Orion will offer 18,000 sqm of modern offices on eight floors, almost 2,600 sqm of retail space, 134 fully equipped rental apartments with balconies and 491 underground parking spaces, including the preparation of charging stations for electric vehicles. Modern technologies – heat pumps, geothermal boreholes, photovoltaics, radiant ceilings, all complemented by superior air exchange with central ionisation – will contribute significantly to the overall interior comfort, economic and sustainable operation of the building.  An important feature of the building is the green roof terraces, a residence square with a water fountain, greenery and relaxation areas and park landscaping, which will allow further management of accumulated rainwater.  In terms of the public realm, the development will contribute significantly to the permeability of the area with a unique pedestrian element, the so-called Lombard Stairs, strikingly reminiscent of San Francisco’s famous Lombard Street.  The building will seek the prestigious LEED PLATIUM and PENB A certification. The owner and investor of the building is Koncern Passerinvest. The first tenants will be able to move in in the first quarter of 2028.
